Taking on My Health, One Scan at a Time
In 2005, I was scanned with the BioPhotonic Scanner and my score was 17,000, a low ‘F’. That was a wake-up call because I thought I was healthy. I believed I was eating right, and I thought my supplements were working, not so much! I was also living on Ibuprofen for inflammation & soreness, but just figured that was what you did as a 47-year-old athlete.
Since that day, I changed my diet to eating more fruits and vegetables and I have incorporated supplements. I supplement with Pharmanex LifePak Nano, AgeLoc Youth, and a dash of Overdrive when training and BAM! My racing is at new time high!
